What is the Last ADte of LIC PAN Link Update?
Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) had asked its customers to update their Permanent Account Number (PAN) before March 2022. The last date of the LIC PAN Link Update is February 28, 2022. The LIC had asked its policyholder to update their PAN in order to participate in the upcoming LIC IPO.
Earlier, the company had filed LIC Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for the LIC IPO. According to the LIC DRHP, a policyholder needs to update his/her PAN details with the LIC before February 28, 2022. In case of failing to update his/her PAN details with the company records, they will Not be considered as Eligible Policyholder.
The LIC IPO is one of the mega Initial Public Offerings in the history. The LIC of India had already announced special discounts for their policyholders & employees. According to LIC, a part of the proceeds (not to exceed 10%) will be set aside for policyholders. Not only this, employees are also likely to get a special discounted shares. According to the officials, employees will get a portion of the stock not to exceed 5% of the total offer set aside for them.

Step-1: Open your web browser and Visit the LIC official website https://licindia.in

Step-2 : You will land on Home page of the LIC website, now Select the ‘Online PAN Registration’ option.
Step-3 : Now tap the ‘Proceed ‘ button.
Step-4 : Type in your correct email address, PAN, mobile number and Policy Number.
Step-5 : Now you need to Enter the Captcha code in the box.
Step-6 : Now, Hit the ‘Get OTP’ button. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number in a few moment.
Step-7 : Type in the OTP digits in the space provided and press Submit button.
