The legendry Clint Eastwood is returning to the cine world. He will be acting in Cry Macho. Most of the scenes of the film are captured in Belen, New Mexico, USA. The film Cry Macho will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is also scheduled to be releasing on the HBO Max streaming service for 31 Days.

Cry Macho’s story revolves around a former rodeo star (Eastwood) who takes a job to reunite a son to his father. Eastwood takes the responsibility to bring ex-boss’s son back to home. Even, he will have to teach the young boy- what it means to be a good man. The film is starring Clint Eastwood, Dwight Yoakam, Eduardo Minett, Fernada Urrejola.

Release Date

According to the Warner Bros. Pictures, the movie- Cry Macho, will be theatrically released on September 17, 2021 (USA). Also, HBO Max streaming service has received the Exclusive online streaming rights of the film. The film will be released on September 17, 2021 in theatres, OTT and VOD too.

Initially, the film was planned to premiere on October 22, 2021, but the date was pushed to avoid date collision with similar films like The French Dispatch, Last Night in Soho. Cry Macho will be released worldwide alongside Copshop.

As per Warner Bros. UK & Ireland, the Official Trailer of Cry Macho film was released on August 6, 2021. The 2:49 min longer video received good number of views and Likes for the film.

Storyline

According to the Cry Macho, Mike Milo is Texan ex-rodeo star. He used to wash-up horse breeder back in 1978. Now, in the present days, Mike agrees to help his former boss (Howard Plok) in extricating his young son- Rafael (“Rafo”). Rafo lives in Mexico with his mother (Leta). Leta is an alcoholic woman. Rafo has turned his life to crimes. He is participating in cockfights with a very strong rooster in Mexico- Macho.

As a promise to his former boss, Mike will have to bring Rafo safely to his father. They faces unexpected challenges on their way back from rural Mexico to Taxas. In their journey, Mike also teaches Rafo- what it really means to be a good man. Mike shares his past and elderely experiences with a young boy. He tells him how to share Love with every being on the planet and cherish people.
